This store is operated by Media Promotions Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as Little Mania ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using this store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy or resell its content without permission.

2. Products

All items are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and print placement accurately, but screens vary and small variations in print position are normal on printed apparel — these are not defects. Measurements listed on product pages are approximate and may vary slightly between garments.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and begin production. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Shipping, refunds and replacements

Delivery timelines are covered in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and replacements are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All Little Mania names, logos, designs, artwork and photographs on this store are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

This store may link to sites we don't operate, including ticketing and social media platforms. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and this store are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
